Our goal is to support the body’s innate ability to heal by addressing the importance of nutrient-dense food, lifestyle choices, and how social and personal components influence health. We understand that nutrition is not a one size fits all model, and that making changes in life can be overwhelming. We tailor plans to address each individual’s needs and deficiencies and help you take control of your health and wellness.

About us

Hi, I’m Stacy. As a pharmacist for over 15 years, I have worked in all sorts of practice settings from busy retail stores, hospital, oncology, and compounding/personalized medicine. I feel like I’ve seen it all. I have always had an interest in science and medicine, and chose a career as a pharmacist because of my desire to help people. At some point along my professional journey, however, I became frustrated with the current state of healthcare and the role I was playing in system that seemed to fall short of helping people be well. I was watching my patients take more and more medication, and no one was actually getting any better. I felt powerless in my traditional role as a pharmacist to truly help people heal. There had to be a better way.

I was struggling to take care of my own health as well. As a newly single mom, I was struggling to balance it all, stressed out at work and overwhelmed at home. I realized I needed to address my own state of health if I were to be able to show up anywhere else in my life. I began to make lots of small changes to support my emotional, spiritual, and physical health and remember actually being surprised by the realization that changes in my diet could result in such huge positive consequences in how I felt. This was a literal a-ha moment, and sort of ridiculous to look back on. I was a healthcare professional! How did this idea escape me? It’s because traditional pharmacy and medical school curriculums, although great at teaching how to diagnose and treat illness with medication, don’t include much education about how diet can be used to prevent and manage disease.

I was inspired. And found the Nutritional Therapy Association (NTA) and completed training as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). In my current role, I strive to help my clients harness the power of diet and lifestyle changes to manage and prevent chronic illness. I believe our bodies have the innate power to heal, and food can be used as a tool to get us there. I am able to combine both my knowledge as a pharmacist, and the skills gained through the NTA to address and restore imbalance within the body. It is my mission to simplify the science of nutrition and empower you to take your health into your own hands.
